DMCA Policy

DMCA Takedown and Counter-Notice Process When we receive a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will remove the designated content in accordance with copyright law. To promote fairness, we may share the contents of the DMCA notice, including the complainant’s contact details, with the alleged infringer. If your content was removed in error, you have the right to submit a counter-notice that must include: Identification of the removed content and where it was previously located. Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email address. A sworn statement, under penalty of perjury, confirming that you believe the content was removed by mistake. A declaration consenting to legal actions and accepting delivery of legal documents. Your signature (either physical or electronic). Once we receive a valid counter-notice, we may reinstate the content unless the original complainant pursues legal action.
